CHF 3.3 million for the vineyard house of the city's vineyard in Höngg
The Chillesteig vineyard house, built in the early 1970s, is to be renovated and extended by 2028. From 2027 the city's vineyard will be farmed organically.
The city's vineyard in Höngg yields 15,000 to 30,000 kilograms of grapes every year, which are pressed into the city's own wine (Stadtwein). Its Chillesteig vineyard house (Rebhaus Chillesteig) dates from the early 1970s and serves as workshop, store, garage, wine store and break room. According to the city, the building and its installations have structural and technical defects and no longer meet today's requirements.

- Extension: an annex with a heated break room and kitchenette, which frees space in the existing building for changing rooms and toilets.
